Having attended the AGM…
sale of NE is indeed imminent with term sheet expected in the next week or so.
There are still a couple of legal issues (nothing stopping the commencement of mining) preventing full settlement of TAFTA so there is a possibility that 31 December 2022 might be delayed… but hopefully will hear something positive in the next month. To quote RSK “There isn’t a Thai word for urgency”
Next, the Quartz lease. It’s much bigger than it looks. Like an iceberg that our shorter likes so much.
Conclusion: I won’t be selling any shares. Valuation per post from Denial is on the money.
