Compare to the current commercial interest at 8-9%, this CR is actually give us existing share holders few pluses.
it seems to be designed to stop the existing rate fee($10mil++ over 5years), providing WC at zero cost of fund, increase holding from LT institution(if Ross is smart enough to put a silent period clauses). We need big players to have a skin in the game and this action is well engineered to come out as a debt free, high(er) margin, 8 years tax free, gold production company with an on going exploration licenses. Dont be surprised if they announce a Thailand linked institution as our new partner!
