Sorry to call you out on this weird post.
Firstly, the paperwork can be done and no one would know, except the company and an admin person at the ASX. Thus, nothing would look weird. How did you come up with this?
Secondly, the company had $16m in cash, receivables and bullion at the end of last quarter. After adding a potential $52m and subtracting $30m (35*1.49 minus the pref shareholder and previous loan), you get $38m. Even if we have spent all $16m we still have $22m
If they had done this paperwork weeks ago and fulfilled the requirements from Nebari, they could afford to start this buy back immediately.
