1)The last AGM of KCN was held in Sydney on 30Nov23 and I was in attendance together with at least another 40 shareholders and as with any AGM there was an extensive Q&A between shareholders and BOD.

2)On 30Jan24 they held a webinar(as advised on pg7 of the quarterly report released on 23Jan). I participated in this webinar together with some 60 other shareholders with the CEO answering shareholder pre-submitted questions.

3)On 1Feb24 they held a presentation at the Sydney Mining Club where over 100 investors and shareholders(including myself) attended and with the presentation the CEO also conducted a Q&A session.

4)On 31May24 they held a webinar that I participated in together with over 100 shareholders with the CEO answering pre-submitted questions.
