No I don't interpret what they've said as only relating to the warrants.
The bullet point says ' undertake capital restructuring provided the facility is kept in good order'.In other words pay the interest each month and pay the amortisation instalments when they fall due and you can undertake capital restructuring(that would include buyback if BOD approves)
