Why WARRANTS instead of OPTIONS? Because unlike options that are a speculative toy, Warrants can claim PHYSICAL ASSETS over money. Warrants can have years to reach strike price whereas options deal in months. A warrant is capable of seizing (in our case) commodities over cash. In short, a warrant is the closest thing to a preferred stock in a company with the option to take physical assets as well as cash. If a strike price is reached will be for physical assets or cash, we don't know because we are NOT privy to the terms of the warrant, we are just shareholders, right?

We should be at our END GAME by now instead we are making blunder after blunder and the realisation is that our chairman is part senile, and our CEO does not have the experience to run a public company.

I'm sorry to make such derogatory statements, but this new turn of events has me very worried. Every week forward is pushing us into murkier waters.
