Mate im not clear why you are so concerned about warrants issued @$2.07 with expiry 30months from the date they signed the deal?
If they exercised warrants then kcn received $2.07 for each share issued to them, right? They will only do it if the price is above $2.07 in next 30months. To me this is good deal instead of diluting us at current SP.
Let’s say if our price is $2.50 after 29months and our loan balance is $14.46m then they will exercise warrants and sell the stock in the market @2.50 and our loan ends, right?
Am I thinking wrong? You are the only one freaking out about warrants, please show some light.
