I thought so too but he was saying they can claim physical assets etc but Ann said it is limited to new stock.
My concern was cash flow issues and now it is gone. Let’s produce as much gold as possible and keep the cash ready to pay them. Two good qtr will give us plenty to pay them but they got 36 months. Also 3 months extension fee should be waived by Nebari as we are with them and it took 15 days extra to give us an approval.
