You suggest the "thais (sic) must owe us a billion dollars by now". Of course any amount awarded under TAFTA should recognise the high interest cost on loans the company has been forced to take out as a result of illegally losing, for an extended period, the right to mine. Hopefully all will be revealed should the Court ever get to make, and publish, a decision!
