They've had several buybacks in the past, it seems to be a regular AGM resolution, the announcements regarding the latest financing deal have 'capital restructuring' (aka buybacks) as an approved deal with Nebari - so obviously buybacks are coming in this half year, and just to please everybody they'll be a dividend paid in March next year from profits in the current half-year.
