Nope its not the acquisition we have been waiting for, its funded by BHP as part of the alliance, it just adds to the prospectively of the regional scale holding, BHP would have had to sign this off so they must see some value in it (very cheap terms).
The announcement clearly says they are still looking globally for an acquisition which I suspect will be outside the Nordic region but time will tell.
