great deal for both parties ... KRM now and for many years will have the potential to be 25% JVP in a major new BHP project if KRM can discover it ...and best of all they fund all the costs and mgmt fees
This is a HUGE de-risk from the usually micro-cap trend of countless Cap raises and years of toil to get the attention of a major like BHP to buy out said project..
