Mining Lease is in place so its just a notification to the department saying your going to drill so that they are aware of activities... thats how i read it... either way, for me, theres no impediments...
Fabian spending good money on many geophysical techniques to help with target generation... good money spent IMO as massive sulphides can give clear signatures so having coincident data sets will help optimise drilling spend.
