Thanks for the in-depth analysis. I think your use of the word 'underwhelmed' applies to KME overall, and explains the lack of market interest in anything they do, especially in the past 12-18 months.
I see this flaky investment as a side distraction to take attention away from their ongoing underperformance. It also appeared that the plan to purchase a US company seemed an irrelevant omission in the CEO's annual report. As you point out, there are noticeable hurdles yet unnoticeable advantages that we obviously can't see.
And with KME's management involved, it could soon be known as TutorBye rather than Tutorfly
Nosedive. Just like the current SP.
