Seriously they have dodged a bullet and pulled a rabbit out of the hat.
It says one very important fact to me.....the lenders are completely on board with the project and are willing to do what it takes to make this work.
a 2016 aisc is hardly surprising, but it's the best outcone we possibly could have hoped for....lender commitment in tough times.
