Very doubtful the issue has been resolved this early. No, its just a small amount of punters(including you Asteroid) getting bent of shape over something that is merely a hiccup. The smart money come in and bought up cheap.

TGS haven't honored their side of the deal. Comin, which is a DRC registered company can protest as much as they want but legally are tied to the initial contract. If it goes to court its doubtful Comin have any chance, and before I hear its the DRC and they'll look after themselves then let me remind you thats exactly what was said about the DRC mining reviews but in the end TGS got a better deal from it.

The DRC state will protect foreign investment for good reason. Its their life blood. It will dry up if corruption comes into play.
