TTT are putting together a very highly qualified and experienced team. These people are being put on to supervise and design the production line of "something". One of the aerospace companies has given TTT the nod, which TTT sees as sufficiently binding to proceed to implement the design and implementation of a production line, to the extent that it can be built in advance. You just wouldn't employ this calibre of person if you didnt believe they were going to waste their time AND the employee wouldn't join unless the task was certain, defined and a real project.

He states the USA militiary will be investing 1 Trillion to really ramp up production of weapons (some of which haven't been seen). I also heard an informed source I trust saying that the number of smart missiles used in the last X months (I think 18) is more than has been used for a long long time (I forget actual period). I think things are becoming frantic and the requirement to use advanced manufacturing techniques and technology, is enormous and getting bigger quickly. I think TTT have been included in the manufacturing process for some specific parts - just waiting for the months to pass.
