What is going to be the annual production of the Dolphin mine ? I can't find much info on it.

Tungsten current price $312 / mtu. operating cost $126/mtu operating margin A$195
14 year mine life
reserves 11M tonnes.
basically 11M x 195 = 2.145B / 14 year mine life = $150M income per year x PE 10 = 1.5B MC
Current MC 70M at SP 14c so 1.5B / 70M = 21 times.
14c x 21 = $3
When up and running KIS (or G6M ? !) will have a share price of very approx $3 ?
Is that in the ball park ?
