Only bad thing really, depending what side you were on,was the options not coming into the money. So there wasn't the cash injection from that. But then you had the shareholders that didn't want them to anyway.Even though,I personally don't believe the dilution would have mattered much anyway.We have low amount of shares on issue & it's not a dividend payer. A lot on here believed the options were what was holding the share price back & we would rocket off the back of that. That certainly wasn't the case
