Guys its called "shaking the tree".
The analogy goes "shake the tree and collect what falls out"
As we are on the brink of a series of news, those who have millions of dollars in the bank account and a bit of bass holding, they drip feed the market to make it seem like things are going south. So whatever weak hands drop shares the instigators pick it up for dirt cheap. As you can see share price is going down on little volume. The majority aren't selling. This is all in anticipation of a big increase.
Only my opinion.
