    Im tipping an spp at around 3.5 cents. That way the inside boys can load up. I would suggest most investors will stay clear. The shortfall will be picked up and then they will pump it up on a a few announcements. Eventually retailers will buy off the insiders.and then the price will go.back.down againa as.management erode the cash again. Rinse and repeat..rinse and repeat.
