    and the plot thickens.....

    So let me get this straight....Two weeks ago the ARD board sends out to shareholders proxy forms to override Oceanic's proxy forms and prompt shareholders to vote "against" all resolutions... and then today the board announces it has sent out another set of proxy forms voting "for" the resolution in the appointment of Klaus Eckhof, but still "against" all other resolutions...Who is running this circus?!

    Fantastic use of shareholder funds I must say....
