This will only be the first step in a long association. Once HCD shows that they can re-liquify the tank sludge without sending humans in, the logical next step is to continuously inject Multi-flow in the wells to prevent blockages and builds ups at every stage of production. They'll never need to clean their tanks again. Either HCD eventually goes to the moon or are bought out imo.
