November Launch seems to be the most likely time, it was linked in a reddit comment to a webinar here. Haven't seen ISRO give any detailed timeframes - usually by end of year etc. So this is promising.
ISRO going into lockdown was concerning to me as it put KSS in limbo, therefore I sold when that happened. The financials were always a known and not a big risk so long as can get a launch - this risk is less now, The secretive ISRO seems more determined now than before. I figure this should lift the SP upward, Looks like they are testing rockets on Sept 16, Amazonia 1 is shipping to India in December. It's all starting to happen again. Hopefully some good releases in the coming weeks.
