    IMHO clearly bearish ATM until they can get something off the ground. Doesn't matter how many clients and salespeople you have if you have nothing to sell. The good news is that these "contract" vendors obviously have faith the product IS going to get off the ground eventually.
    And I am personally assuming they are much smarter people than me & if it's good enough for them then I feel happy.
