One simple Ann from Management would change the equation.
No success confirmed for first set of Sat’s = Space Junk (until proven otherwise)
Second launch therefore = twice as much Space Junk.
One page Ann indicating state of play with Scout Sat’s could = Space $$$$ (even if there is a delay, short term pain long term gain)
Second launch = Space $$$$ x 2
Worst case Scouts are indeed Space Junk. Possible upside would be lessons learned from this means second set will not be, this would be a massive disappointment but not the end of KSS, SP would dive but recover IF second group come on line and produce Data.
Risk elimination is the only way KSS SP will go higher imo. Number one risk is not data to sell from Scout Sat’s, followed by tomorrow’s launch, followed by alignment and data from second set. These are all very significant risks and until confirmed as successful will hold the SP down.
At least we don’t have to wait for an Ann from KSS re the launch success or failure, will be easy to spot that one at least..haha.
