insiders use the information to gain or minimise loss. If I was an insider looking to exit right now knowing it’s a sinking ship I would not be selling aggressively bringing down the SP. I’d exit as efficiently as possible while maximising my profit/minimising loss and leaving the rest of the holders to fend for themselves when the ship finally sinks.
At the moment the price reflects the risk vs reward potential of KSS. SP’s stall or sink lower on lack of information. No news leads to speculation and assumptions, typically negative, as positive news is typically Announced by companies.
The way I see it is KSS is at a stalemate right now, the potential is Huge so there is reluctance for holders to sell out but the information that would remove risk is not forth coming so there is a reluctance to buy in or buy more from those with higher risk thresholds. Stalemate can easily be broken one way or another with one Ann. Until then speculation and assumptions rule.
