Yeah, if you look at the launch thread, you'll see I've put up a bit about the whole situation. Not too impressed with KSS keeping quiet when last delays were occurring, ISRO are terrible with their lack of information and seem to upset a lot of people, not just Kleos SH. It wouldn't matter so much if it was the second cluster, but timing is a bit more important now. Also what is being said now is a repeat of the OCt 21 announcement and that was before all the "problems / delays" at Sriharikota.
Not trying to put anyone off, just don't to get too exited just yet. It should go up soon, but i've said that before.
