rwd didn't gain 5mill market cap when they announced the aquisition, so why do they lose 5mill when what seems an opportunistic move, fails? they only lost a quarter mill on a deal that could have made tens of millions. they can still bid for the tenements, with a lot more incentive and imformation than any rival bidders.

technically nothing has change, shareholders are still having the same bet on the potential of the patented rwd process,.. apparently very few who had already x dollars worth of shares could find the money to triple their bet to 3x... no surprise.
