KLL should settle for $14m cash , $1m in shares @ 5c escrowed for 18months that could turn into something bigger for creditors and an interest free loan from the Commonwealth to be paid back within 3 years of $1m, total Beyondie price tag $16m. Saves a lot in energy and repairs to the environment, creates jobs what’s not to like about that.
