Gwaihir Excellent summary of what is a debacle. NONE of the directors should be allowed to continue. They can not claim lack of knowledge. They have a fiduciary responsibility to make themselves aware of the activities of the company. There is a continuous disclosure requirement by listed entities...there is also an act for false and misleading conduct..something that appeasr to have been done to all retail shareholders (unles there was some really fine print that most of us missed). Maybe we all got caught up in the CD dream without realising that it was only that...or a spin?? Hope that Kwok and Bowman might have a solution to this. Are there any links there?
