Problem is the shops don't have much activity
What's worse is Sul seem to grabbing market share even thru these softer conditions. They are down in sales but not as much as Kmd which are in double digits
So I'm not sure what will arrest the decline. Maybe we need new store or marketing format? What they are using does not seem to be working.
Yes brutal response but that is also when you compare against the competition and Kmd isn't winning.
But I'm sure allan gray will still be buying here.
