I have always been confused by his 'held' disclosure too. He certainly has an axe to grind.
Previously made comments to suggest he has some sort of insider knowledge (or is just making it up). Maybe an ex-franchisee, fired employee or knows someone that was?
I noted this back in 2020 (see link to thread below). I am not bothered by his comments or guided by them, I am just really curious of the origin of them.
