I would say that announcement has neutral effect on the share price.
As at 1:05pm, the whole U-Sector is down today:
- EL8 - down 10.77%
- LOT - down 8.78%
- 92E - down 7.5%
- DYL - down 6.4%
PDN is down 6.03% ... which is in line with the sector.
