it's either your post is totally wrong or I am reading the announcement wrong and my post is totally wrong. but for what is worth this is how I read it:

004 total length of the hole is 398.1m
004 total length of the hole is 431.4m

Both holes report similar grades and both holes reported rapidly declining grades. With 005 being lot longer reporting terrible grades from around 418m downhole.

Basically, if I am reading it right, then the market is also right and the selling is warranted.

But as someone else pointed out 005 could have passed through a zone that does not hold decent grades and further at depth grades could be improving indeed.
Interesting bit is the best grades in 004 were between 185 and 270m while 005 had best zones between 240 and 375m. This means the zone with higher grades in 005 is wider and warrants another hole below it. Perhaps 100m below.
Problem is the strike is limited and KNB may need to find another similar setting nearby to probably warrant a development. And they do need to test existing zone at depth and prove continuity for at least another 200m to make it interesting and really promising (especially of the high grades hold and the last hole does not close the mineralisation).

But 005 does not finish strong at the bottom. 005 shows terrible grades from 381m to 431.4m. Check the table further down on the announcement.
