Register is relatively tight, company didn’t “need” the money to push hard, had the option to go organic only, oversubscribed CR..

KNM weren’t going to pick someone interested in just providing cash for a swing, whoever invested in this did so betting on the company’s potential longer term and not just a quick play (KNM smarter than to let this happen to their company and SP be exploited to this end)
