As I said, they won't issue more notes because they don't need to. Last year they did not have a choice.

The company does not have an obligation to give the market "progress reports" so I assume we wait for the quarterlies and keep an eye on the news flow in between which to date appears positive.

Would note holders generaly be one or multiple entities?

The note holders were multiple parties (as shown by the 3B's) and the expiry date for both the CN and the option is Feb 2015 so as mentioned, you can't force the holders to exercise prior but if they do, its very positive unless they smash them out which at .001c won't happen and I believe they had every opportunity to liquidate a few higher up.
