It’s pretty clear that SaaS companies have valuation levels that are typically above other type of businesses.The median SaaS valuation multiple for public B2B SaaS companies stood at 16.6x run rate ARR on December 31, 2020. And in Q1 2021, and is now at 17.6x, at the highest point ever.

If KNO was valued on these metrics like many other growing SaaS companies, we would be sitting at a market cap of $130mill or a share price of $0.58 which isn't out of question.

As our other suites become more profitable, using our cash balance seems like a great idea currently. Reducing our cash on hand to around $2.5mill, we still have plenty for growth opportunities. With this $600k EBITDA I am expecting that we're in the vicinity of $1.5-2mill+ EBITDA for FY22 on an ARR of $8mill.

Also believe that a move into the European & North American market is a great jump for the company. Focus on acquisition opportunities with
operational scale and corporate services with a preference for companies with a global footprint. Think there is a clear opportunity to accelerate growth by integrating into Knosys.
