My Mondaymorning started off very pleasantly and I am grateful to you both.

Yourability to conduct business as a team is truly admirable, the fact that you dothis in such a manner that shareholders are supported, valued, financiallyconsidered and not carelessly diluted into oblivion is hallmark of what I havecome to really value being a shareholder in Ardea Resources.

There aretoo many examples where this is and has not taken place for me, illustratingthe stark contrast between Ardea Management and them others.

I regardthe notion of management being highly invested and personally financially onthe line with real dollars as critical ingredient to a company’s success, notunlike myself in my manufacturing businesses previously, It brings out thebest. Shareholders can learn from this.

I amgrateful for your ability to get the job done in a manner that is prudent,considerate and highly innovative, using the tools available to best effect.
