There would be good reasons why complex semi-swaps were done for tenements 29/981 and 29/1062, unlike the others that were comparatively straightforward..
My understanding is that all drill results are submitted to and permanently retained at the State Dept of Mines for future references because tenements do change hands over time and previous holders might not want to carry the costs of archiving info they no longer use.
So it is likely that both ARL and BTR did their due diligences at the Dept of Mines to evaluate what's in the tenements for them prior to negotiation of the swap.
