APPROVAL OF ISSUE OF KOB SECURITIES TO HAVILAH RESOURCES LIMITED
Koba Resources Limited (ASX: KOB) held its EGM in Perth today to approve the Havilah uranium tenement deal.
All resolutions were passed.
