Great announcement. $50m market cap still only puts us on 2.5xNPAT which is very low. Small steps though I suppose.
The risk here is that the pearl price goes back to “normal” levels. Doesn’t seem like that is a short term risk though. The positive is that they are achieving these results with sub-standard pearls, in their opinion.
More dividends to come with the cash piling up. This is cheap.
