    I am not sure about that .. ASN did what they had to at the time .. No issue there .. However as years pass things change. The Chinese tech provider is a lot less palatable now than it was at the signing of the contract. No one was to know that at the time.

    Given the amount of hurdles at PB .. I think most rational people have realised that is all about GR now for the various reasons mentioned.
