He gave a reason for selling the stake at $3, it was due to institutional pressure as free float was too tiny.
Not sure if u still followed the company after that but he continued to sell another stake together with DS at $4.25 this time to an overseas (American if I’m not mistaken) institutional investor, again due to them complaining that there wasn’t enough free float for them to buy a meaningful stake on the market.
