Catch’s goodwill and write downs were disastrous. I bet Kogan was approached to buy them out but wouldn’t touch them with potentially heaps of nasty skeletons in the closet.
Revenue is meaningless, comparing EBITDA and NPAT would have been more meaningful. Unfortunately Catch’s EBITSA numbers paled by comparison.
