The thing I can't get my head around is Catch sold their business to WES for 200 million. Is Kogan worth 2.5 times Catch?
Do you really think Kogan is worth more than 500 million dollars, really?
What is the replacement cost of Kogan? Could have WES thrown 200 million at an online platform and built the traffic and brand that Catch has...probably. 500, 600, 700 million. Is Kogan worth 800 million?
