Bought today on results.

I like the strategy of moving to higher margin business ( % improved by 5.2pp PCP), which is no mean feat in retail.

They also reduced stock (The inventory balance represents a YoY reduction of 9.2%.) which had been their achilles heel and are moving away from low margin / high overhead products.

These two everts will add recurring value and be price accretive.


The market algos have smashed them this morning with the headline drop in sales, but the more cerebral analysts will well like those moves.
