@CaptainBarnacles on to something with the ~17.6m in cash paid to KMP. There are great founder lead companies, but unfortunately there are also ones which are less shareholder friendly than others. I think the very large comp awarded in 2020 and now the way it was concluded is a very bad look. I am not suggesting the law was broken, however I think this is a founder led situation that is less attractive. The ideal owner operator (001) is one which seeks most, if not all, remuneration from the appreciation of the existing shares they own, which is naturally a big chunk of the business.
Elon Musk is a great example of the above, Warren Buffet the total opposite.
