The buy-back should continue anytime they wish to purchase.
The buy-back will only need to wait a minimum notice period after the buy-back is announced. After that, they do not have to pause even on or after the results are announced.
I believe the only time the company is not allowed to buy back shares is if the share price exceeds 5% over the last 5 days' Volume Weighted Average Price.
