I recently purchased from Kogan because they had the cheapest product compared to others, I think due to heavy discounting.
The order was only shipped about 4 days later (advertised as 24-48 hours).
In 2 weeks I probably received about 15-20 spam emails (I unsubscribed after about 5 but they kept coming in). I had to change my email on the account to a fictitious address for it to stop.
Oh, and there's no straightforward return process. You have a submit a request and hope they approve. I challenge you to find another retailer on the same scale that has such an archaic process. Where's the simple return button?
All to say, the cheaper alternative was NOT worth it. I could give another half dozen reasons why Kogan is a joke but I'm certain anyone who orders from there will experience it firsthand.
This company won't exist in 5 years.
